Robin Flax

Robin Flax is a seasoned Human Resources leader with Amway Canada, bringing more than three decades of experience across executive search, corporate HR, and academic instruction. She began her career in Executive Search in the early 1990s in Montreal, building a strong foundation in talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. In 2005, Robin relocated to Ontario, where she worked with a variety of organizations across different sectors before joining Amway in 2015.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from McGill University and has a strong passion for developing future HR professionals. She has taught in McGill University’s Department of Career & Management Studies and has also served as a part-time Professor of Human Resources at Fanshawe College.

A long-standing member of the HR profession, Robin earned her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in Quebec in 1994 and later joined the Ontario HR association in 2006. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to advancing inclusive and engaged workplace cultures. Her professional passions include Inclusion & Belonging, Culture & Engagement, and Leadership Effectiveness, where she focuses on helping leaders thrive through people-centered strategies.
