Marcia Cota

Senior executive Marcia Cota brings more than two decades of experience in the direct selling industry, beginning her journey in the field where she spent seven years building a thriving business as a top independent sales consultant. That firsthand experience shaped her deep understanding of entrepreneurship, leadership, and what it takes to build successful, people-driven organizations.

Since transitioning to the corporate side of the industry, Marcia has held senior leadership roles with leading direct sales organizations and currently serves as Senior Vice President of North America at MONAT Global, where she leads strategy and growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets. Known for her ability to connect corporate vision with field execution, she is passionate about creating cultures rooted in leadership, community, recognition, and long-term growth.

Beyond her executive role, Marcia also serves as Board Chair of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), helping shape the future of the profession and advocate for the direct selling community at large.
