Craig is an accomplished IT professional with over three decades of experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, finance, and cosmetics. Starting his career at AT&T, he transitioned to a consulting role in the oil and gas industry, later managing business systems at First Southwest Company. He further enhanced his skills while earning an M.B.A., leading to his current role as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Mary Kay Inc. in North America, a position he has excelled in for the last 25 years.
Outside of his professional life, Craig is deeply committed to mentorship, having guided numerous individuals in both the Mary Kay Employee Global Mentoring Program and personal development for over a decade. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas, and certifications from the Society for Information Management and the University of California at Berkeley. Craig enjoys golfing, photography, fishing, and family time, and he has a diverse cultural background, having grown up in a military family with stays in places like Japan.
